My God you're right! Never mind. Disregard what I said. 2-14 is a tremendous record and definitely a result of elite level coaching. Retain everyone!

We'd prefer Chaney gone. There were a ton of decent NFL coaches lose their jobs last week. And as a board we've got our eye on a couple up and comers that we could double their salaries and save $150k to pay assistants. And $150k happened to be the raise that Shannon took to go to Gainesville.

I prefer that our RB coach be upgraded to someone that can recruit in the south. He gets his lunch ate on the reg.

I don't care for the WR coach much. His recruiting in Louisiana would be missed but if we could get Norvell it's a big upgrade in all facets.
