His job is easier than than arguably every other coach's in the country except maybe Mack Brown's. He loses games to inferior opponents with superior coaches.

I wish you were right. I really do. Unfortunately I lived through Hallman and Dinardo and I realize that LSU isn't a naturally better place to win than any other major SEC school.

Propping Miles' win percentage up doesnt prove anything, espcially considering his mediocre record at OSU when he wasnt top dog. The fact is that his teams routinely play down to their competition and don't cover. He plays with fire, and it's either because he thinks that's the best way to go about it or because he is getting by on talent alone.
