No one knows Rays full potential. He's had a total of 12 scholarships players over the past two years. We'll have that many next year alone. I don't think anyone can fully judge his abilities until after this season.

It'd be one thing if this guy was a 30 something D2 prodigy, instead he's going to enter the league as the oldest coach. Really doesn't make sense to me.

I missed the part where I said Ole Miss was a basketball world beater... I'm just pointing out two SEC schools that conducted basketball coaching searches... Both fanbases, as well as the media, threw out some big time names during the process... When the dust settled, both schools hired no name coaches with no D1 coaching experience.
