You don't know the difference between tempers flaring in a fair fight and stomping a defenseless man?

Our players aren't too worried about opponents starting fights. Stomping someone laying on the ground is a different conversation.

You discipline fighting because you have to keep control of the game. You discipline a player stomping on opponents because nobody should have to deal with cheap shots from a douchebag.

This thread makes me hope that Day gets another game tacked on to his suspension while all Ole Miss players are exonerated (if applicable.)

Tell the Memphis coaches to rat them out to the conference office. It worked for LSU.

Haha. Throwing a punch is an automatic ejection and you miss the next half. So if u get ejected in the 1st half you miss the entire game. If it is in the 2nd half, player misses the 1st half of next game. Well the officials threw out the kicker for throwing the punch. So what happens if the sec office reviews the video and sees its Golson that actually threw the punch? Rebs be pissed. It should happen but will it? He threw a punch and should face the penalty for it. Period.

CJ is just.a pos that had to get in the middle of it when he wasn't even involved. Bama isn't worried about him. He'll end up leaving the game with menstrual cramps like he did vs Memphis anyway.

connecting a punch

An open handed push to the helmet... A slap if anything... What literally happens in every football "fight". Way different than a 300 pound person jumping on the crotch of an opposing player.

But it's still a punch and automatic ejection. CORRECT? That is why the KICKER.was ejected.
