What?
I will take it program by program.
UCLA- a richer football history than A&M prior to 2000 with WAY more All Americans than we have ever had. They haven't won a conference championship since 1998, the last year we won one.
Arkansas - made way more money than Texas A&M did until very recently, was valued as a program worth more than A&M by Forbes until very recently, and they have a winning record over A&M alltime. Despite this their best claim to fame this century is two SEC West titles where their teams got 9 and 10 wins those respective years- ie worse teams than A&M's 2012 team.
Washington - A top 20 program alltime that has spent way more weeks at the in the AP top 25 than A&M has, with more NFL draft picks than A&M ever has had plus a modern national title in 1991. Yet they haven't won an outright conference title since then, and last went to a Rose Bowl in 2000.
So overall only Arky is debatable. The other two are better programs than A&M with the same or worse results this century.

Texas boys are soft as shite. That really is the difference between LSU and Arm Tackle U.
Well and the fact they have a better football history than we do and recruit better overall. Or the fact that they dominate a state while we share one and we aren't even the top brand in the state we share. Or the fact they had the blessing of Nick Saban as a coach but we never did. Or the fact that until very recently their AD made way more money than ours in a bigger stadium.
But yeah, the only difference is Texas boys.

When resources are brought up, recruiting should be a major point of discussion

Until our SEC move Arky and A&M recruited about the same this century.
Also over the course of their history Arky has recruited better as a program. At one point in the 60-70s Arky was the second most relevant program to Texas recruits.

Let me guess, your wife recently became pregnant too.
What a coincidence.

Sure but that doesn't mean that they should have, you can make an argument they didn't take advantage of it.

I thought we were talking about the year 2000+, what happened in the 60s-70s isn't going to help you much now. If that wasn't the case than nvm what I said.

Who didn't take advantage of it? I am confused. We did share a conference title in 2010 with a team that was as good as either SEC West winning Arky team (but maybe not as good as the Arky 2010 team).

No you are right the question is this century, but he clearly said "given their resources" and in college football your revenue and history is what defines your resources and therefore ceiling, floor and expectation level.
I mean, I could list dozens of programs with a worse century than us but none of those expected to do better given their resources. And I admitted Arky was debateable. Someone like UCLA isn't.

You would agree that Texas A&M has an easier job recruiting than Arkansas just purely based on location. Not saying that A&M has it easy but Arkansas is probably one of the toughest schools to recruit from in the SEC just based on location.

Sure but you brought something up that happened in the 60s, 70s. If we are talking just 20 or 10 years ago I could get that but it has been awhile and recruits don't see that for the most part.

Fair enough, just was surprised we were listed

I think prior to 2012 yall had it easier in recruiting. The SEC brand was something we didn't have, you were closer to your esteemed ancient history, and our brand was absolute shite. You could easily argue the point and I wouldn't fight back that we actually recruited better though.

Nick Saban has done the same thing to LSU the past five seasons.

Has any other team sucked so bad given their resources this century?
I can only think of one. A team that has had 2 losing seasons in football, 2 losing seasons in baseball, and 1 losing season in basketball while winning 1 total conference title in all three combined since they launched their own network.
That same school didn't get a single player drafted into the NFL in 2015.
