I dunno, with Etlings improved health and ascendence to the top 1/3 of the SEC QBs plus the general feel that the a team is so much better coached I'd say the sky is the limit.

Run heavy teams will dominate our d line. I can see Bama, Auburn and Arkansas pushing our stuff in like State just did.

Would to God we were run heavy this year.

I have been told they will beat us by 25 this year, which is better than the 30 points I was told they would beat us by last year.

LSU does not get a road win this year, and we lose to Auburn at home. Rough time to be an LSU fan.

Ugh. As much as I enjoy the schadenfreude of LSU being brought down to earth after listening to them beat their chests loudly and frequently over the first three weeks of the season, LSU is nowhere near as bad as they looked last night. 1) MSU came prepared, they deserve credit; and 2) LSU has too much talent to continue with the same degree of futility as they demonstrated against MSU. They're not the worldbeaters some fans thought, and O doesn't appear to be the gem in the rough that some fans thought, but they can still make life difficult for even good opponents.

It'll be a win just to make it through the season with our dignity...what's left anyway.

Agreed. You won't see LSU play that bad of a game again this year! We deserve the shite talking we are getting no doubt about it but please stop with the we will be lucky to win another SEC game!

We didn't have our best 3 DL in the game(Alexander went down early). If we don't get them back soon then yes we will get pushed around. DL depth was thin to start with and they were out there way too long!

I give all the credit to State.

Syracuse
Troy
Arkansas
aTm

That gets us to a bowl game. Florida very likely a loss. Auburn 50/50 at home. @ Ole Miss probably a win, but maybe not. @ Tennessee probably a loss at that point in the season. I'll say LSU wins two of those four.

8-4. But 7-5 is a lot more likely than 9-3 at this point.
