No you don't. I've been there probably 50 times, worst college town in the SEC. You can tell that the culture has changed there for football though.
If I didn't have such a Personal connection to the town I would never step foot there again

Seriously? I figured it would be one of the better small town stops. That and Fayetteville were my top two that I want to make.
And I don't want big city action, I prefer beer joints and fun locals

This board is obsessed with LSU.

I really do love State's campus. It's beautiful. Most SEC campuses are.
But Starkville itself is nothing special. Fayetteville is better for sure.

Put it this way I know a lot of people in starkville, but there are few I ever talk to again.
