When did they cop out and run away from their successful in-state rival?

Not even close. We helped start the joint lol. We also won national championship 5 years ago, played in the NC game 2 years ago and won our 3rd SEC championship since 2000 in VERY loaded conference.

Did they bolt from the conference and do everything they could to disassociate themselves?

Texas would be such a better fit for the SEC rather than ATM.

What the frick does the "M" stand for?

Mythical

Since CFA ended the NCAA monopoly the NCAA records NC claims but does not "officially" recognize them the same way they do for the lower CFB divisions they still control the championships for.

Really?

Texas is SIAA member, SIAA disbands
Texas is SWC member, SWC disbands
Texas is B12 member, B12 is least stable P5 and probably disbands in 10 years

Man you don't know shite about texas then

There's a reason they wanted to go to the Pac-12, not the SEC.

We were talking about fit, bruh. Nothing about texas' culture as a school fits in the SEC. They hated the thought and told A&M we should hate y'all too.
