I looked up quarterbacks from each school on the NFL player database on pro-football-reference.com. I looked up their record each year (wins and losses as determined by the NFL), and then went to the box scores of each win to find their last win.

So..here is my source... source From there, it was just a lot of leg work.

Joe Reed started for Detroit against Tampa Bay. He went 3/7 for 20 yards and 2 ints and was replaced by Gary Danielson...but, he got the start and Detroit got the win 16-7.
