Kentucky fans run riot, burn jerseys and hurl liquor bottles in the streets as they take NCAA final defeat badly
Riot police faced off with students at the University of Kentucky last night as disappointed fans lit fires and hurled liquor bottles after their team lost the NCAA final.
Drunk fans took to the streets of Lexington in large numbers, clutching bottles of whisky, burning team jerseys and smashing street furniture as police in hard hats fought to contain the disorder.
One student at the college was pictured being led away with blood streaming down her face after being struck by a liquor bottle thrown with abandon.

I did. And again, I'd rather be known for celebrating a win, with no arrests. than anything else.

Can't really think of anything recently, other than the maroon wall at LTC Roy Lin Tisdale's funeral service, to keep out Westboro Baptist a couple of years back (2012?).
They succeeded.

While other fans bag on both Aggie and Tiger fans, neither fan base is ever in the news for negative reasons.

I actually just remembered the LSU flag burning incident a few years ago...

It came out at the time that the girl in that last pic on the right with the US flag top was a former sorority girl at LSU.
