By that time LSU will have tried to back out of the series again.

And by that time, the Aggies will have had three major probations within the decade and will not escape the death penalty this time!!

Why that isn't some kind of arbitrary system for points now is it? Bama, OU, Michigan, Ohio St, USC, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Penn St. are all without question better all time than LSU. That leaves 1 spot left in the top 10, and a discussion involving Florida St., Miami, UGA, Auburn, and Washington along with LSU over who deserves the last spot. If you had said top 15, I wouldn't have argued the point.

As you Hogs found out in '92 when y'all stepped up in class, your schedule has a lot to do with your record. Had Arky always been SEC member, y'all, would resemble State or Kentucky.

I truly doubt this, but like the notion of an annual LSU v. aTm Thanksgiving classic that actually matters.

Poor me? I really could give a f**k about who we play when just as long as we beat them pretty much every game is vs. a rival for us. I like it that way

DR RC...hope you are wrong. We gave up a home and home situation with Arkansas to move our game with LSU to Thanksgiving weekend.

Playing a game is jerryworld is an advantage to Arkansas. The hogs are using it for a recruiting tool in Texas.

Hope any future game with the sips will be in a post season bowl game.

Of course sip head coach in waiting, Todd Graham, has to get them up to big time status again.

AT least there's the Ol' Miss rivalry. Maybe LSU will get a breather from the extra hard, unfair schedules the SEC office has been saddling LSU with. While giving Bama easy schedules.

Agreed. A&M outclasses LSU in every category. Not even competitive.

No wonder Bama/LSU isn't a rivalry...

All this leaves for LSU is either a rivalry with Kentucky or back to playing Tulane for state bragging rights.

Since 2003, LSU's football rivals in the SEC change as a school moves up to challange the Tigers for for the dominate program in the SEC.

First it was Georgia, for a few years, then Florida and Auburn, and presently Bama.

If Saban leaves for Texas and Sumlin leaves for USC, no telling who will be LSU's next great gridiron rival.
