will the talking heads in the media downplay LSU's championship because a true conference champion did not challenge them for the championship. And will this upcoming destruction of BAMA kill the rematch dilemma and cause a mandatory Conference championship clause to be written into the BCS once and for all.

Very confident considering how close the first game was and Bama's special teams blunders

Dude,

you will enjoy life more if you simply stop giving OTHERS the power over your happiness.

i will celebrate and cheer and not give a sick rat's arse what "others" think of the championship.

All that would mean is that LSU won the national championship game, and Okla State won their bowl game, and that is all that it would mean.
What would it mean if Bama wins and Okla State wins?

I can hear it now from ESPN... "We still don't know if LSU is the best team in college football because they didn't beat Oklahoma State, I mean we already know they are better then Bama"

I think the better argument is if Bama wins like 14-10 and Okie state wins by 30 against Stanford...then the split could be on

I hope Stanford beats Okie State so people will realize how overrated they are. If Stanford, a team that isn't near as good as made out to be, beats you in a BCS Bowl Game you know you're nothing.

If Alabama beats LSU by a narrow margin, I don't see why Oklahoma State will get to share a title ahead of LSU. LSU has a better resume and they were more impressive in their victories. LSU has to beat Alabama or Alabama has to beat LSU convincingly for there to be no controversy and outcry for a split national championship. If Alabama wins a close game, it just opens up a can of worms that nobody wants to deal with.

Assuming you win - no. Also, why do you care what the talking head do/think? They downplay your 2 loss Natty, but I've seen your banner. Their opinion doesn't take away that you won it...and their opinion won't matter to me if Bama wins it without being conf champs.

okie state shouldn't of lost to iowa state then. LSU would be undefeated after the season and there is no debate on who is the #1 team.

What about RS catching a ball and falling down at the 5? What about LSU not scoring a TD from the 1? What about Michael Ford stepping out at the 8?

Why do people who believe Bama will win ONLY remember the mistakes Bama made?

Either Bama or LSU will be champs. No other dog is in the hunt. Margin of victory won't mean squat either way.

OK State isn't a player in NC hunt.
