Shouldn't the greater fear sit with LSU fans. If you don't beat us, these claims of "the greatest team ever" will be a waste of hot air.

You don't need to read our posts to believe that we will beat you. Just watch LSU play.

But, any help I can give, I am happy to oblige.

I really don't care if we are the greatest team ever. If we win out, it will be determined for us by all of the media and observers.

Why would I be afraid? Of who? Alabama?

Exactly that is what is so funny. Bama fan calling us scared and threatening to bump threads. Lol

All we care about is winning the game and yet another BCS championship

. They care about bumping Internet threads and winning cyberspace flame wars.

I didn't want to play Bama again because I didn't want to beat the same team twice.

We've done that already. I wanted someone new and it is not right that they could lose that game and still play for the national championship. It made that game mean less than it should, historically.

But, I am definitely not afraid to play them. Actually, I think we beat them worse the next time.

I'm not sure. Consider losing to one of your bigger rivals twice in the same season.

You'll have two losses, and you're staring at a minor rebuild job next year.

Face it. This is your "year". Richardson, Hightower, Upshaw, Kirkpatrick, Barron, Jones, Maze, Hanks, etc. are all gone. If you don't win the division, an SEC Championship, or a national title, along with Saban losing to Miles again, it might lead to mass suicide. You'll finish with two losses and nothing else.

If we lose, we'll have more than likely won the SEC Championship, and in many scenarios, we may have the AP Championship as well. Add to that, we get you next year in BR with a better team. Whether you like it or not, it will be a controversial BCS national title if Bama wins.

Who started all this, "You Skeered" stuff?

Bama fans.

And no, Alabama does not deserve to play in that game. Not against LSU. But, we have no control over who they put in there to play LSU. The Tigers will just beat Alabama again to remove all doubt.

First, LSU is not a "big rival". Second, I'm not unhappy with the possibility of an 11-2 season and falling in a title game. Third, those players listed already have a cemented legacy. They be no worse than tied for the most wins in SEC history for a senior class. They also already have a national title. Lastly, I know Alabama is reloading in 2012. However, Alabama has been there and done that under Nick Saban. His recruiting and development has proven that we'll build another title team in the near future.

You forget one thing... Alabama media will claim that Saban built LSU. So really, Saban will be playing Saban. Saban wins.

Enjoy your memories. You won't be revisiting them again any time soon.

His recruiting and development should have guaranteed an easy championship THIS year. But, he couldn't even win the SEC. Or, the West.

Keep trusting in Saban's "recruiting and development." It didn't win you anything on November 5th or this season and it won't win you anything else in the near future.

LSU is rolling.

You really are a little bitch. You're jaded as shite living in Alabama. I give LSU plenty of respect and even suggest in my post I'm not disappointed in losing to LSU in a title game. Yet, you're dumb enough to sit there and suggest that Alabama is done as a program under Nick Saban because of a potential 11-2 season, in which they could possibly lose to a great LSU team twice.

I could have said the same things about LSU in 2008 and 2009, after Alabama was on a 26-2 run and LSU was sitting at 17-9. Good coaches and great programs go through cycles. LSU wasn't done then, and Alabama isn't done now because they didn't reach all of their goals for a season.

it is a valid observation. how would losing twice to LSU in a season sit, especially staring down a rebuilding year?

Alabama returns at least 12 starters in 2012. We're not starting over. Hell, we're bring back more than we did in 2010. Nick Saban has proven he can reload a team. He'll do it again. 9-12 wins is where Alabama will fall in 2012. Losing a title game isn't going to change that. Every Alabama fan that follows the program closely knows that Alabama won't be a major factor in the national title chase again, until 2013.
