Nah, brah. They only lost to us 437-457. Much closer game than what you think you saw.

And it will every time because Chavis has these gimmick offenses figured out.

Only the Auburn players had rain clouds over their heads the whole time.

Is this being said so much by LSU fans because they know the O will take a step back? Is it true?

Congrats on the 35-21 loss
Yeah. We lost last year but LSU is not one of the teams I am really worried about. I know how good Auburn's offense was by the end of the year and how the 2 best defenses in the nation couldn't stop it. Their Defense was alot better than LSU's. The fact Auburn had their hands full with State but then could run all over Bama and FSU should tell you LSU didn't play anywhere near the same offense they will face this year.

Who cares you didn't win the ultimate prize. That's all that matters.
We will monkey stomp you because our D is just too quick.

I could see it looking more like the 2010 D, awesome secondary, veteran linebackers, just some new faces on the line.
The offense will be much better than the 2010 version though.

Is this thread not about LSU & AU?
Who said I was hanging my season on that?
All I continue to read is excuses.

Every reason is an excuse.
There is no reason I could give for why Auburn lost that you couldn't claim was an excuse if you didn't like it. No matter how true it was.

The Alabama defense is built differently than the lsu defense, you should know this. Alabama struggles with teams like Auburn and Texas a&m. Lsu excels when playing those teams, but doesn't fair well against bigger run up the gut style offenses.

what will their excuse be this year.
We didn't do enough chop blocks.

quote:I have already said but again, it was a combination of Auburn's offense not running the option with Marshall (like the end of the year) and LSU jumping out because 2 busted run plays (49 and 54 yards) and a fumbled punt. Not because LSU's Defense shut Auburn down or because LSU beat Auburn up and down the field to score their points like LSU fans want to hear.
Well what is the reason?

These are great excuses, I can't wait to hear your excuses this fall.

So Hill running for two long touchdowns was because of busted plays?
