1997 for Ole Miss. Lost 31 games.

More specifically, when is the last time your school's baseball team lost 30+ games 3 times in 7 years while also being the school that invented college baseball?

It's only happened one time in our history and that was in 2000 when we lost 30 exactly.

Maybe never. I cannot ever remember SCAR losing 30 games .... but I was out of the country some years so perhaps it happened, I dunno. I kind of doubt it though.

The closest South Carolina has ever come was losing 28 in 1996.

I remember that year .... it basically cost June Raines his job. McGee went looking for Ray Tanner that year and landed him two years later.

Even more specifically, some college baseball teams that pretend they invented the sport have lost 30+ games 4 out of the last 9 years.
