Yup, you REALLY seem to know what you're talking about.

Mike Bobo Sucks
Mike Bobo vs. Monte Kiffin
Mike Bobo’s playcalling didn’t do his young QB any favors
Fire Mike Bobo
Three Possible Reasons For Mark Richt’s Demise In 2011 - 1. The reluctance of ridding his staff of Mike Bobo
What about Mike Bobo? I think he sucks as an Offensive Coordinator. - Bobo is a clown's name. That alone should tell you everything you need to know - I would have to agree.
I found Mike Bobo's playbook on the web
'll go on the record and say this about Mike Bobo, I'm not a fan. His play calling over the last two years has vacillated somewhere between plain and plain awful—in my humble opinion
Is it possible to win an SEC title with Mike Bobo as your OC

Blowbo is responsible for the offense. All of it.

Hey, if you are happy with blowbo as the OC, more power to you. Question, third and two, think we'll make it? Coin flip at best, at best!!

Nice try though, but know the background before you speak up.

I like how you left out Ted Roof's stellar career when applying your logic to Auburn. Besides one year at GT, his defenses haven't ranked inside the top 20 in his entire career. And outside of 2 years at GT, his defenses haven't ranked in the top 30. I'm not going to look it up, but I'm pretty sure that he's only had 2 defenses ranked inside the top 50.

Urban was not himself in 10.

Yes!!!!! Unprovable FACTS!!!! Went into desperation mode to defend this one, eh? And it still doesn't change what I said. Addazio was to blame for the 2010 offense. Not Urban.

Everyone can see your agenda.

This is why I'm trying not to flame.

Cause I end up doing personal attacks and people get all up in arms. And I'm sure I'd make a comment about Swampy's mom by now if I was posting in this thread.

You say this yet completely drop the argument of Crowton and LSU.

Didn't say I did, but last I checked his offense was doing decent while he had just fired Willie Martinez as his DC before the 10 season. Correct? Would that not point to Defense as a major problem?

Yes!!!!! Uprovable FACTS!!!! Went into desperation mode to defend this one, eh?

How is Urban resigning and returning in the offseason from health issues(Likely a panic attack) and then retiring after the season reaching? If he had been comfortable with where he was at he wouldn't have resigned. The Pressure mounting and stress levels building were just too much. Last I checked, Temple(HC is Addazio) is doing pretty damn well against Crowton's Maryland team.

Comprehension isn't a strong point, huh?

Did you miss the entire Ted Roof's career part? It was a couple of sentences, so I can see how you could have missed it.

Do you want me to try and explain it again?

Ok, here we go.

You blame LSU's inept offense on Crowton and then point to his previous stops as proof that it was his fault, correct?
You then blame AU's inept defense on Chizik and then completely ignore his DCs previous stops as proof that it is his fault, correct?

One coach on Auburn's staff has coached 2 teams inside the top 10 in scoring defense. One coach has coached 0 teams inside the top 10 in scoring defense.
One coach on Auburn's staff has coached at least 3 teams inside the top 20 in scoring defense. One coach has coached 1 team inside the top 20 in scoring defense.
One coach on Auburn's staff has coached on 2 undefeated teams before arriving in Auburn in 2009. One coach on Auburn's staff has coached on 0 undefeated teams before arriving in Auburn.
One coach on Auburn's staff has won the Broyles Award for leading the country in scoring defense. Once coach on Auburn's staff has not one the Broyles Award for leading one top 20 ranked scoring defense.
One coach on Auburn's staff led 3 straight top 20 defenses before becoming a head coach. One coach on Auburn's staff has led 0 top 20 defenses the last 9 years of his career.
One coach on Auburn's staff has had 2 straight Thorpe Award winners as a DC. One coach on Auburn's staff has had 0 Thorpe Award winners as a DC.

Yet, you conveniently ignore the above to place the blame squarely on Chizik's shoulders yet have no problem bringing up Crowton's past accomplishments to defend Miles awful offenses the past 2 seasons. Even though Miles entire coaching history has been on the offensive side of the ball.

quote:

but last I checked his offense was doing decent

Last I checked, Georgia fans, as well as other SEC fans, have blamed the offense entirely on Bobo's terrible play-calling. Which was my point, that you obviously missed. I said nothing about actual statistical rankings. I only mentioned the fans perceptive of their team. And Georgia fans have blamed their offensive woes the past 3 years on Bobo even though Mark Richt has nothing but an offensive coaching background.

Understand now?
quote:

How is Urban resigning and returning in the offseason from health issues(Likely a panic attack) and then retiring after the season reaching?
Again, football fans blame the 2010 offensive problems on Steve Addazio.

The point of my entire post, that seemed to go completely over your head, is the fans perception of the coaching problems. While you want to blame Chizik, the HC, for Auburn's awful defense, past & present precedent for other teams has been to blame the coordinator.

It really isn't surprising that you make an exception for Auburn when knowing your post history.
