Er...you're the one who brought up 1982 (I assumed you meant 1980.) I didn't go back anywhere. I just used the time period you chose. And over that time period, Auburn and UGA have exactly the same number of national titles. Does UGA have more tradition? Is Auburn just a recent flash in the pan? These are questions that you're raising, not the rest of us.
