Our secondary and LBs will be better and we just plug and play on the DL. Mingo was out of position anyway and underperformed to his talents. We will miss Sam, no doubt, but I think his vocal leadership will be missed more than anything. This is the only void I am truly worried about. These two guys didn't do much this year to warrant their preseason hype.
We dominated with one of the youngest teams in CFB in 2011. No reason we can't again. We return 14 starters and played the 2nd most freshmen in the country last year.

LSU beat A&M with mostly freshmen, sophomores, and juniors last year in College Station. But A&M fans think thats somehow going to change in Death Valley. not bloody likely

barrow was just as impressive as minter and we have two freak athletes in kwon and deion. not to mention feist is an amazing run stopper that hits the holes better than minter did

Just watch. I think this will be the best LB core at LSU in at least a decade.
Kwon and Debo are physical specimens. We return Tahj Jones who won the starting job last year before being ruled ineligible and Barrow who started the whole year.
Kwon and Debo are going to turn heads. In their limited time this year, they were incredible.
ETA: I'm talking about the kind of freak that turns NFL heads immediately.

Kwon>Deion, Kwon>Tahj.... mid season it will be feist=minter and that remodeled d-line is going to surprise everyone; ego, hunter, rasco and johnson? thats a pretty impressive backup plan

We will have a starter back that couldn't play last year due to academic issues and had stellar play from Freshman who came in....mainly Kwon Alexander and Debo Jones. Those two will a blast to watch next year
I'll ask you this.....didn't the emergence of Minter not surprise you this year? The next one waiting to emerge is just waiting in the wings bro

I'm glad I didn't say it Caterpillar- I forgot about Tahj. Kwon is amazing don't get me wrong but better than Minter? I'll take your word for it.

You guys never play us as well in Oxford....happy to being playing you there this year instead of in TS You guys are really the only team we play every year that I can say that about.

You know we are talking about Pre-preseason polls dont you. Prior to draft classes being signed and spring practices. Prior to a summer of college kings with idle hands doing anything stupid and getting booted from a program. Come on know, you should know better than to put any stock into preseason polls but especially this early. You are better than that.
With that said, I like us flying under the radar and not getting any respect. Should make these young players hungrier than they already are.

I am a pretty unbiased person. I honestly think our LBs and secondary will be improved and the DLine will still be top 3 or 4 in the conference.
