1979 Southern Miss-Tulane game in Hattiesburg at the Rock

It was the very first game between these two teams which was odd considering how close (100 miles) geographically they are to each other.

Anyway, it was a great back and forth game all the way to the end.
Tulane kicked a FG on the last play to win it 20-19 and a rivalry was born.
Although I am a State alum and a lifetime Dawg fan, I have always pulled for USM as my second team and that was a heart breaker but it was such an exciting game. One of those games where you are hanging on every play. It was that good.

Also was at the Bama-USM game in 2005 right after Katrina.
We were in the end zone looking right down where Prothro made the catch of the century. Still to this day , can't believe he actually caught that pass.

I saw Florida's thrilling last second 10-9 win over Vandy in 2015, then went home and watched 4th and 25 and 1.6.

That was a perfect day.

1995 Penn State-Northwestern game.

Funny enough, my buddy's dad bought 50 yard line seats over the summer, thinking it would just be fun for a group of us to see Penn State, since they were undefeated the prior season. No reason to expect it would be the biggest game in Evanston in decades.

UM-OU in '88 Orange Bowl for the national championship. Miami won 20-14 but the OU fumbleroosky play was cool.

At the time, I did cheer for Alabama. It was a fun game to attend being the pageantry of the Rose Bowl and the continuation of SEC dominance (however, had I known what was to come from Alabama afterwards, I probably would have cheered for Texas).

So you hate success. I have a feeling I know your political allegiance.

Stanford vs Michigan St Rose Bowl 2014. Glorious day and I had seat in a skybox where the beer flowed like wine.

The box I was in is actually on the left side of the picture.

I have a good friend who attended LSU who is a season ticket holder. We stunk in '03 so I went to a bunch of games with him. '03 UGA-LsU was the best. Also went to the SECCG and Sugar Bowl that year.

I went to the Bama vs UCLA game way back in 2000. I got to see the Bama fans throw cups and other things at the UCLA players, as they lost.

2013 Ohio State @ Michigan- OSU was expected to destroy UM; however, UM made it a game and lost by 1 because Hoke went for 2 at the end

2014 Auburn @ Ole Miss- Two Top 5 that went back and forth. OM would have won that game if it wasn't for that devastating injury to Treadwell at the goal line
