I've seen plenty predict 4 or more losses. Does that not seem rational?

This game is like Louisville all over again. Same DC. Some talented guys on D. A really good offensive minded coach. Elite dual-threat QB with weapons.
Maybe it plays out different this time, but I like our chances. Aranda has stopped Mullen/Fitz already. And while Fitz has improved, Aranda hadn't installed all his stuff yet back then. Ensminger was able to score on Grantham, I have confidence Canada will be able to do at least as well. I see LSU pulling away in the 2nd half.

I think State has a good team but so does LSU. The key for LSU will be to contain Fitzgerald and limit his big plays. The key for MSU will be to get bigtime pressure on Etling.
I think this game follows recent LSU-State trends and is a 3-4 point LSU win.

I think that could be viewed as irrational as much as predicting 10-2 is. However, I guess the more you downplay your team the more "rational" you are viewed on here. I think a safe O/U for LSU's season is 3 losses. Plus or minus 1 loss wouldn't be shocking.

not that bad at auburn yet. stidham hasn't had a good chance to get his legs under him. that was a good Clemson team. you've still got a good defense. your offense should improve.

They would blame the refs and blame Birmingham and Alabama somehow. We have seen it many times before. They would ignore every call that goes their way and only focus on the ones that did not. LSU is gonna LSU.
