You're comparing a true freshman starting his first game against a ranked team in a national tv bowl game and a 40yr old looking rs freshman that played against smu or rice or shsu at kyle field? No, you're not a punk. Not at all.

I could play QB for LSU and we would still beat A&M so at least we have that going for us.
Also, fellow LSU fans, take this as a lesson that no matter how bad we own A&M, they will always keep talking this kind of mess. The little brother in them is simply too strong to overcome... Thanks a lot UT

Once Kyle Allen committed, he had no choice.

We whipped you so bad in the 90s, you literally quit.

I know that if you had Speedy Noil I might be scared.

It's not a bad idea, but they seem to be all in on pitching to guys like Fournette that the offense will be all about them. As long as they continue to do that, they'll never get top flight QBs or top flight WRs(like Speedy). Wouldn't be a bad idea for them to go after the guys spurned by A&M because they will have a chip on their shoulder for not being good enough to play for the 12th Man. Will more often than not probably be a better prospect than if they just tried to sell a guy on the LSU program alone.
Malachi Dupre (#2 WR) and Trey Quinn (#10 WR) say hello. LSU and FSU were the only schools in the country to sign two of the top 10 WR recruits in 2014.

A&m: where 4.97 cornerbacks live

My guess? Week 6. I think the Gus Bus makes it official.
Iowa was #9 in the nation in pass defense - ranked higher than every SEC team except Florida. Auburn was 13th in the SEC and 100th in the nation, Yeah, I'm sure the Auburn game will do him in.

Obviously the SEC had lower rated pass defenses, they had to go up against Manziel.

Obviously....yet 4 of the SEC teams that had to "go up against Manziel" were still in the top 25 in pass defense nationally.

What were those teams? Did Manziel do good against them?

*one of those was probably Alabama and Manziel threw for more yards than anyone ever has against the gumps.

When did this conversation go from a discussion about how Anthony Jennings would do against Auburn's horseshite defense to how a Heisman winning QB fared against quality defenses?
