Beating Tennessee 24-21 and seeing their fanbase's dreams crushed again was legendary

the internet allows melts to last for decades. when les miles was hired at LSU there was a group of "dissidents" that would not accept him no matter what he did. this group longed for Saban and they hated his yankee accent (I am not kidding). this group melted every game that LSU lost or barely won. their "hate" was intense. now that he is gone, there are still threads popping up deriding him. many in this group were "original haters" (2005).
it amazes me how serious some people take this shite and how they want their way or they will melt and hate, hate, hate.
another group has formed now that is very similar. they hate ed orgeron. they hate that he's Cajun and they hate his resume'. I predict they will never change or accept him no matter what he does. sometimes I hate LSU fans (some of them).

LSU hiring CEO was a melt of epic proportions. In the end, if Ed will step out of the way and let his coaches do their job then LSU will be fine

How is LSU hiring coach O a melt?
The season was in free fall and Orgeron did a masterful job of saving it. He went 6-2 after being thrown into the fire to try to salvage this broken season thanks to an outdated regime in Miles. Orgeron nimbly navigated through the SEC and made the most of the season.. finishing with a dominating bowl win against the heisman winner.
