Uhh, Lee was crucified in 2008 and 2009.
In 2011 he was significantly more efficient than Jefferson though. He turned a corner that year and he worked very well under the pro-style offense. Managed games and offered LSU a legitimate passing capability. He shite the bed against Bama because, like it's been nearly every year since at least 2011, we have been absolutely incapable of blocking Bama's front 7. Lee is a statue and was dead in the water that game.
They both pretty well sucked but Jefferson was da worst. I celebrated the day I found out he was suspended for his bar fight.

I don't know if it was Crowton or Miles responsible for this cluster frick but it was one of the most clueless moments I've ever seen. Who swaps out personnel (including QB) with 20 seconds, the clock running, zero timeouts and no way to get the play call in among that chaos.

You got it right IMO. More than any other single factor the intercption-fest of '08 is what brought Les down.
