In the entire country? No one looks nearly as good as they do, and I don't even know if anyone can cover the spread anymore.

Spread teams that have a good DL can stop Bama. Bama can't throw well and their running game is largely outside of the tackles.
I'd think Houston, Ohio St, Clemson.. could all beat them. Not saying they would but it would be a game.

I would say OSU matches up very well and probably some advantages in key areas. Clemson has the talent, not as good as last years team which had more talent then UA IMO.
But playing in Death Valley is never easy and AU rankings mean very little.

No one. Bama is unbeatable. In fact, second string is probably unbeatable.
Bama would probably beat a handful of NFL teams. Well... as long as those teams didn't have more than 4 Bama players on them.

Texas A&M, LSU, Ohio State, Michigan, Clemson, Washington, Louisville
I'd say the list probably ends there. But we had a close game with Ole Miss, so we could lose to Auburn as well if things went well for them and we turned it over.
All it takes is turnovers, an injury, etc to totally negate other advantages.

Only bama.
Said since before the dawn of time.
I even read that the gosple of luke and mark were edited, because when asked who could beat bama Jesus said "God can do anything... Except beat bama"

Compared to Bama? No one.
Best has best of everything. College football is fricked.

This whole pre-melt thing is very strange.

Wrong.

We run very effectively in between the tackles as well.

Ohio State, Clemson, Michigan and Washington would all have a chance.
A&M, LSU and Auburn could also do it if things went their way.
You'd be a fool to better against Bama straight up against anyone however.

Nobody is as good as Alabama, let's get that out of the way. Alabama's A game beats everyone in the country.
Teams whose A game could beat an Alabama B game, and some of these are due to scheme, talent, or a combination of the two:
Ole Miss
LSU
Ohio State
Texas A&M
Clemson
Louisville
I think that's about it. Teams like Michigan and Washington would need an Alabama bed shitting.
