Bama, Auburn,

Have the team and the experience.

Tamu, Arkie, LSU, UGA

could all beat them if they were in the SEC.

An SEC defense that is tough up front like VT's, but has superior talent in the secondary to play man to man will hold up well vs. tOSU. Honestly, watching Meyer run that jet sweep stuff all night to the strong side will not fly with a lot of SEC defenses.

God I hope not.Their front 7 was supposed to be one of the best in CFB but pretty much got dimantled after OSU spread them out.

No,a front like VT is not what will beat the Buckeyes

You may want to tell Bama last year that it wasn't going to fly with them so they knew before the game so they could have won instead of losing.

VT's defense doesn't have depth. When the VT QB went out, that was the game. Their Offense had to play ball control to keep the D off the field. Couldn't do it with a true Freshman QB in his 1st game.

I'm withholding judgement on Ole Miss until further review.

We know it's not Alabama, so my next guess would be Georgia

Mizzou. Best way to fight Yankees is with Yankees.

You think the Bulldogs can get it done? Pretty bold prediction. Generally they stick to playing other HBCUs though I think.

I like the idea of sending all the Yankees to the front line

I need to see Bama's secondary some more before I can truly say Bama will beat them. Honestly though if Lane had just kept given Henry the ball we wouldn't be having this discussion.

From a talent standpoint, I think A&M, Bama, Auburn, UGA, LSU, OM, and maybe Florida could hang a loss on them. I'm not sure about Arkansas until I see more from them after what they have lost. But all of those teams are easily talented enough to hang with them.

IMO, the key to beating them is getting in the backfield and pressuring the QB or shutting down Elliot. VaTech showed in spurts last night how you can throw them off with a good front 7, particularly DL.

I wasn't terribly impressed with their defense. They are good, and they were missing Bosa, but you can move the ball on them.
