Yeah we're not necessarily in a huge hurry either because we have a place to stay as long as we want, but I'm getting tired of looking at 5+ houses a week.
We've put two offers down, only for someone else to put a full cash offer the same day, both times. I think the housing market has finally come back significantly in the area this year for the first time, and it's kind of thrown us off guard. Could have stolen some of these places a couple of years ago.

Yeah. He's not bad as far as those go, but I wasn't asked permission before acquiring his services.
