Everyone has their own personal experience and every fan base has great fans and shitty ones, but as far as an overall collection it is a two way tie for me.
Ohio State and Michigan State.
Literally, every single person I've met who is either a MSU or OSU fan, they are complete and utter darshes.
As a collective whole the MSU fans at the Elite Eight two years ago were so flamingly gay it physically made me ill.

USC- just saw on their messsage board last week that they would beat LSU by at least 2 tds, probably more. 
they have the dumbest fans I've ever seen and honestly don't know jack about football.

I work in Santa Barbara, spend 1/2 my time here. The quote abve is spot on.

Back to reality. We might beat LSU, if three of your running backs and four of your defensive linemen spontaneously combusted prior to kickoff.
In a game with no subs allowed, we could absolutely beat LSU. But LSU (and Bama for that matter) have MUCH more depth than USC.

Grew up near UT fans, talk about delusional. Would literally talk about how they were going to win the national title in the big 3 sports EVERY YEAR, shite was ridiculous.
