247.
I tend to look at all of them but 247's composite makes the most sense given that the services often disagree. Rivals and Scout sometimes have good articles that I enjoy reading. ESPN just hasn't committed the resources needed.

I use rivals solely out of habit, but 247 is better.

Probably won't use rivals anymore because their page sucks balls and as stated above, 247 is much better.
