2 tickets at $620 each on Stub Hub. A&M vs Texas... last game in College Station.
Unexpectedly had 2 extra family members in from out of town and needed 2 more seats.

Big boned girls seem to have daddy's with good seats. Not sure if it was my sense of self worth but my rationale was the oft used "Big girls need love too" mantra. If Greenpeace makes a big deal about how saving the whales is a good thing I can say I have done my public good.

Off topic but I did my time with a big boned girl, 3 weekends in a row. He daddy had 22,000 acres South Texas ranch with huge deer.

$2400 for 2 club seats at the BCS game in 2010. Worth every penny to me.

I paid $300 for last year's NC ticket. At first I was like

Had lowers for the BCS in the dome this past January that I got at face. Sold them for $3,000 each then turned around and bought some tix back for half that in the uppers.
Turned out to be a great move not only from the $ standpoint but the view was far better. Everyone I knew down in the lowers was bitching about not being able to see because the slope is so slight in the Super Dome whereas the uppers are pitched steep.

I paid $60 each to reserve 8 to BCSNG 2012 plus $325 a ticket. Used 3 and made about $9000 selling the others so that doesn't count.
The most I paid without getting anything back was $200 each for PSU 2011. Definitely worth the trip.
I paid $140 each on StubHub for Mizzou. It was too far away to chance not having tickets.

I paid $30 to see a Saints game. Never paid for a ticket to an LSU game that wasn't a student ticket, which was under $10 a game when I started LSU.

Have paid $18 per ticket for FSU v Miami and FSU v UF but the damn t-shirts that came with the tix cost me another $57 each ticket...great games back in the 90s so definitely worth it and the ex-gf looked rather sexy in the t-shirts so can't complain.

Face value for A&M vs. Arky at Jerryworld is $300 per ticket for club level which is 70% of the stadium. Of that amount $175 was considered a donation to the schools. Bought 4 tickets year one and 2 tickets year 2. Cotton bowl tickets in the same Stadium were half as much. Money grab for both schools.
Wife paid $3000 for Masters golf package for me for my 50th birthday but that is not football.
