They aren't even bad hires

Do you even know what makes a good position coach?

You see what he did there? He said "turrible" like how Charles Barkley would, and Charles Barkley played at Auburn. Watch out guys, we've got a smart UA fan on our hands here. He might bring our entire house of cards crashing down by himself.

He said the same thing about your last staff.

Paul also said that AU would be hammered by the NCAA for buying Cam for 180k. Hmmm....

Me personally? I tend to focus more on my program instead of others. Especially when my team is about to play in the natty.

That's just me, though.

Sometimes I sit and just reflect on how truly great it was to see you guys suffer through that period. I'm completely unapologetic about the fact that I enjoyed watching you guys struggle. I'm not one of those that claims I want both sides to be at their best. Is it cool when both teams are good? Sure. Do I ever want Alabama to be good? No. I don't want you guys to have any victory, no matter how miniscule or even imaginary it may be.

Ask Tim Watts, he's the one that tweeted it.I assume he'd know what he's talking about since he covers recruiting for a living.

Big assumption on your part for someone who can't spell, or doesn't know enough about his "profession" to actually know the names of recruiters.

Go ahead, defend the guy. That is what I'd do. I think you need someone who can actually coach - but what do I know?

I'd rather you have someone who can recruit but not win championships on the field - which is the bottom line.

How was I defending anyone? I only pointed out that the great recruiting analyst and so-called owner of BOL, Mr. Tim Watts didn't know enough about what he was talking about to even get the names correct.

Oh, cool. I still think the obsession is odd this close to a national title game. Glad you rested your case though

Dude, your team blows - we are not obsessed with piece of shite teams. We are just talking about AU being AU - you just switched one coach with a similar coach- mediocre on the field but decent recruiters. I thought Malzahn had done pretty well with his hires until this one. He had kept the fambly out.

The only reason we are talking about it is because we are in the same state and hear it all the time.
