I remember on my one and only road trip to a game down there, that you couldn't by beer out of the cooler in the convenience store, had to buy it hot.

Maybe you should try going back

THERE'S A REASON WE CALL IT STINKVILLE LOL!!!!1

(It's an SEC college town. If you're going there to watch football then, guess what, they've got that.)

during the Croom years I had a nice visit. The best seats available for minimum costs.

A easy win and singing the Arkansas fight song with HDN...

On second thought.. the only suck of the trip was that it was HDN coaching

I really like it there. Just hard to get to and not enough hotels.

I've visited quite a few times since my brother went to school there(lived on Jarnigan, worked at Mugs), and it's not as bad as people make it out to be, especially if you're going for an SEC football matchup. If you can't find a good time, you're doing it wrong.

It's about to get better... Some friends of mine in Ruston are expanding their Dawg House sports grill by opening a much larger one there. I'm actually not too far away right now at Silver Star Casino, might swing by and show my son the campus

You will have a great time if you don't have a cheese dick personality. People that complain are more than likely losers who don't know how to have a good time. Also, we tailgate fairly well.

I have been twice and I enjoyed. It is a nice town with a really good bbq place that I can't remember the name of right now. Decent bar scene after except they closed @ 1AM.
