UK vs. Carolina
No way you can tell me the battle for 4th in the East won't be hotly contested.
Both teams may be undefeated going in which would likely result in a great 3:30 kickoff instead of the nooner that it would otherwise be.
Also it will be the only game I see in person this year so, yeah that's why.

Texas A&M vs. UTSA. I live in San Antonio, and one of my little brothers will be a freshman at UTSA starting this month. It'll be fun to give little brother a hard time
