During the CMR tenure, typically when AU thinks UGA is "down", UGA fricking destroys them. Also, you can't just say "with the exception of TG." He's probably the best player in the conference. You can't just exclude him when talking about UGA's team.

Of course I could be wrong, but I don't think there will be one this year. All past games deemed "Game of the Century" had a couple of undefeated teams squaring off relatively late in the season. Bama, LSU, Auburn, SCe, and UGA have all suffered significant talent losses from last year...and lookin' at the disparity of UF's last 2 seasons, no tellin' what UF will look like this year...so I'm not sure we'll see 2 undefeated SEC teams face one another that late in the season.

While some team might surprise and either be dominant or get on a roll, this could be a year where parity within the SEC is realized and our champion might have a couple of losses...which should still be enough to get one of us in the playoff...

Don't think we'll see one outside the SEC either but, if I had to choose a potential GotC for 2014, my best guess would be Stanford vs. Oregon on Nov. 1st...

AUB/Bama b/c of last year and Bama will have something to prove.

I think LSU will have a L before the LSU/Bama game so no "game of the century" mantra would be fitting, but playing spoiler would be good too.

false. AU thinks UGA is down every year. (thats what rivals do) so according to you, UGA is undefeated during MRs tenure...

Not really. I don't think AU is down this year.

I'm not nearly ready to pick a game that doesn't take place until November. I think the two teams will likely be very competitive.

I certainly wouldn't say there are any good indications that UGA is "down." UF either, for that matter.

Bama has been in like....5 GOTCs since he's been here.

I don't imagine there will be one this year unless the Iron Bowl delivers again. Only possible way I see it.

Auburn-UGA is a game I feel, right now, should be a game where Auburn can pull away. We should have a lot more offensive firepower than UGA. UGA defense should improve, but I doubt they'll be exceptional. Theoretically, I see it as the game was this year, prior to Murray going all-pro on us.

That said, wouldn't surprise me if something else happened, and all of this is premised on the teams being who we think they'll be. Auburn could fail to meet expectations, UGA could get settled at QB and become really explosive, who knows.

Another factor to consider is that the UGA crowd will likely be especially fired up, seeing as we haven't gotten to play AU at home in a few years.
