Alabama vs. LSU 2004- pass interference no-call
(Note the dateline, FIVE years later)
In the third quarter of a 2004 game in Death Valley, Bama's reciever is obviously pushed down in the endzone by a LSU cornerback but the referees fail to call pass interference. If the penalty had been called, Alabama would have likely scored. As it was, LSU rode the wave of momentum to a 26-10 win.

Wouldn't have been a SEC game as the Big 10 used replay a full season before the other conferences did.
