I will tell you from direct supervisory and mentoring experience that it’s rare someone comes out of J school these days with any concept of the five W’s.

There’s a difference IMO between doing something like Jim Bouton did in Ball Four, documenting the silly things that players do over the course of a season to keep from going crazy, and deliberately stirring up caca gratuitously for shock value.

Like I said, for the close to a quarter century I spent in sports, my deal was covering games. I could do it but I really didn’t care for writing columns, going to pre-game press conferences or writing pre-game stories, or doing personality pieces. I lived for being at the actual ball games and reporting what happened.

Perhaps one of the most cringe people on the planet, I just feel like I need to take a shower after I see and hear her talk.

The refs are totally screwing MTSU out of this game because they're calling tic tacky fouls on middle because they're scared of Kim Mulkey

CKM has a pretty good idea what's coming down, as the paper sent her a list of questions for her to answer. Giving her a week to answer. A week before LSU's first NCAA tourney game. A coincidence? As well, the writer had been contacting former players & coaches of CKM's, insinuating he was working on her behalf to get them to call him back. Those people contacted CKM & let her know what's going on. And he did a similar type hit piece on LSU HC Brian Kelly. Two major hit piece-articles, both on LSU head coaches. Another coincidence? I'd guess a lot of any BS will come from Griner & her days at Baylor. Which the Baylor administration had the most to do with in trying to keep her gayness in the closet per the school's religious policies. There is also a black player who was released from the team after an alleged altercation with a white player transfer. This all happened in the first week of the season, so she's not been on the roster all season long. And she entered the transfer portal.......this past week. Yet another coincidence?

She won the National Championship last year.

She also isn't a left wing woke racist like the USEast head coach. Thus, the USEast graduate slob from the Washington Post is desperate to smear a fine family.

I read the Babb story on Kelly. It was no way in this or any known solar system “a hit piece on Kelly,” at least personally. It was a hit piece on how massive big time college football programs are and how much money is involved and how in the writer’s view that’s not fair if there are poor people across town, even if their poverty stems from poor life decisions as it appears to have in this case. It was more a hit piece on LSU than Kelly, they could have probably taken two-thirds of the SEC schools as examples.
