What are your plans for kickoff week? (Sept. 3-7)

Thursday Sept. 3rd
It's a weeknight so it'll be business as usual for me. The games I will be watching will be:
North Carolina vs. South Carolina @Charlotte, NC
Michigan at Utah (Harbaugh makes his debut)
TCU at Minnesota
Friday Sept. 4
It's Friday night so I'll probably get out of the house. Hopefully where ever I go has the following games on:
Baylor at SMU (Not a great match up but it's Baylor and they're usually fun to watch)
Washington at Boise State
I won't want to stay out too late so I can wake for......
Saturday Sept. 5
Gotta get up early (Mountain Time) to watch Gameday and put some pork in the smoker.
The best early games will probably be:
Stanford at Northwestern
South Dakota State at Kansas (Not a good match up but I'll switch to it now and then to root against Kansas)
Actually the early games are garbage so let's get to the next set of games.
Brigham Young at Nebraska (Mizzou plays BYU later in the season so I'll be interested in this game. I'll also be curious to see the Nubs new coach)
Auburn vs. Louisville (One of the better games of the day)
I'll only watch half of those games. Then I'll have to flip to them during commercial because:
SE Missouri at Missouri (Finally!!!!!! I know, big deal, they're playing an FCS school. I don't care. Kickoff for my team.)
After the Mizzou game I'll head to University Stadium for:
Mississippi Valley State at New Mexico
I know, why the hell would I do that when there are some great games on TV? Hey, I live in Albuquerque and it's all we got. Plus tailgating is fun, the Lobos are supposed to have a great season (which means win 6 games) and hopefully make it to their own bowl game. Plus my barber is apart of the Lobo Club so I'll probably get free tickets.
However, I'll make sure my phone is fully charged so I can check in on the following games:
Arizona State vs. Texas A&M @Houston, TX
Alabama vs. Wisconsin @Dallas, TX
Sunday Sept. 6
Purdue at Marshall (lame........I guess I'll have it on a TV while I watch Cardinals Baseball and recover from a hangover)
Monday Sept. 7
Ohio State at Virginia Tech (Tech won last year so why not?)
How are you planning your kickoff week?

I'll tune in to watch A&M lose and the first half of Bama-Wisconsin until the tide start to pull away. That's about it though.

I was lucky on my deployment. I worked a cake job and was on Mids with access to AFN.

I'll be in Dallas. Heading over to see Gameday with new host, and Alabama alum, Rece Davis. Then the game versus Wisconsin in Arlington later that day.

Thursday Sept 3rd.
Take off work at noon. Meet my Gamecock buddy at Charleston National and play 18 and booze heavy.
Meet the families back at his waterfront home and watch the USC-UNC game and grill out.
Then we'll flip back and forth between the Vandy and Michigan games until we all crash.
Friday Sept 4th.
Wake up and take the boat out fishing and the family over to the tip of Isle of Palms.
Came back from that and crash early to be ready for Saturday. Sorry West coast FB.
Sat. Sept 5th
Wake up fresh and make a big batch of Mimosas and Bloodies. Watch Gameday and enjoy every second of it.
I'll probably head to the pool for the early games to put in some family time then head to my brothers house at 3PM fo the big party.
We'll have three TV's set up with cornhole and grilling and a bunch of family friends.
Auburn Lois on TV 1 until 4 when it goes to TV 2 and Vols vs Bowling Green moves to TV 1.
Then A&M vs. Arizona St on TV 3 till Auburn wins and move A&M to TV 2 and add Bama Wisc on TV 3.
Then when TN game ends move the games subsequently timed with their finish to TV 1 to hear the sound (granted only if they are close).
Sunday the 6th
Recover-Family Day
Monday (Labor Day)
Get ready for the work week and hang out by the pool. Enjoy that there is a big time game that night and watch it at home with the wife.
Going to be a great weekend in the LowCountry!

AFN access isn't the problem.
The problem is the time they're on.

LOl at Free tickets to New Mexico football game. Someone would have to pay me at least $500 to go that game.

I'll be on Sea Island watching an unhealthy amount of football when I should be on the beach.

It doesn't involve going to a New Mexico football game or watching a Kansas football game.

I'll probably watch at least a little on thursday b/c it will be the first football in months. UNC-SC game and Michigan Utah are the two that slightly interest me.
Friday I'll prob be out doing something.
Saturday I'll watch a little gameday early, then do normal stuff (either errands or exercise) during the late morning and early afternoon, but will be pretty excited all day b/c I'll know an Auburn game is only hours away. I will watch the Auburn game that afternoon, hopefully w/ a few friends. That night I'll probably go out, but it will be nice to keep my eye on the TV to see how other games are going.

I have September 3-7 off of work. Heading from Columbia to Charlotte on the 3rd for the UNC game and staying up there that night. Leaving Friday morning from Charlotte, make a pit stop back at the house in Columbia on my way to Sullivan's Island. I will probably watch the rest of the games from Home Team out on the island that Saturday. Really looking forward to that weekend!

Sounds riveting!!!!!
I guess you missed the part where I said I live in Albuquerque. Not by choice. Once the blue meth business went under their hasn't been a whole lot going on around here.

All I know is that my tv, big green egg, and liver will be working their arse off all weekend.
EDIT: And I'll be taking my 2 year old to her first Aggie Football Game.

Hell yes on Sullivan's/Home Team!
I lived on Sulli's for 3 years and basically go to Home Team anytime I eat out anymore.
Was just there last night, My favorite bar/restaurant of all time!
