As an AU fan....there are LOTS

I was just thinking how for all the big games Tommy Tuberville won at AU, he threw up some DUDS.

- AU was 0-2 vs Georgia Tech with Reggie Ball at QB.
- He lost to Croom a week after losing to USF, both at home. - Fred Talley had damn near 300 yds rushing on AU in 2002, also in JHS
- With a possible trip to the NC on the line in 2006, he went out and let a 6-4 UGA team dominate us with a true freshman at QB. At 11am. At JHS. In a rainstorm.

I never could understand how we always beat good Florida & LSU teams but always lost to average Georgia & Arky teams while TT was there.

Gus has thrown a couple duds in there, too

Where do I start...? It would take all day and would be as long as a thesis.

Just off the top of my head as a UGA fan I’d have to say our loss to UCF in the bowl game.

But I’d also say anytime your team loses to Vandy (especially as the home team) that’s just as baffling.

We get up by 20 and decide to do nothing but run the HB Dive like 17 times in a row and throw nothing but bombs

We had NO BUSINESS winning that game. And it honestly hurt us more than you could ever imagine.

'14 vs UF

They had just got beat 42-13 by Mizzou the week before
(We beat Mizzou 34-0) Muschamp's job was obviously on the line and came out and ran all over us with a "redesigned" offense... it costs us the East and was the 1st nail in Richt's coffin.

Would have given Bama a game in the SECC IMO.

For me....

Losing to La Monroe has to be at the top.

Losing to Miss St in 1980 when I was a kid. Bound to happen though.

Losing to USCe in 2010 is baffling.

Losing to LSU in 2010 was bad. Not to take anything away from the Tigers but why we could not get up for this game and win it with another possible trip to the BCSNCG was frustrating.

Losing to JF in 2012 sucked. Our play calling was terrible at the end.

Losing to Ole Miss in '14 is beyond explanation.

Oh yeah, Punt Bama Punt was weird but before my time really. Props to that Auburn dude blocking both punts and returning them in the last minutes of the game.
