What are some of the coolest things a school, or school student body, other than yours has done?

I'll start:

Alabama gave a lot of time and money to try to right a wrong done to AU by someone with no ties to the UA. That was a cool thing to do.

Ole Miss grows a lot of weed.

I hear it's bad quality though, but still cool.

Was coming to post this. It seems throughout the whole process UGA tried to make the best of a very shitty situation.

Auburn sending players and fans up to Tuscaloosa after the tornado is another good one

Being from Louisiana, definitely the Devon Gales contributions that UGA did for that family and still doing is beyond Amazing.

I would have to say Devon Gales is up there.

The NCAA allowing LF7 to sell his jersey and donate it to USCe and giving them the key to Baton Rouge was cool.

I have never been more embarrassed as an Alabama fan than when that group of people raised $40K for some dead trees.

Nauseating doesn't begin to describe the feeling.

UA, and pretty much all of the SEC, gave donations to flood victims in Louisiana last year.

As a native of LA and a resident of SC, I was proud of the way LA folks treated SC folks during the SC flood.

Still pissed the game got moved, though.

After bringing supplies to Tuscaloosa and seeing the absolute demolition of those tornados really opened my eyes to how petty a sports rivalry can be. Then seeing Auburn players and the chiz come volunteer made me appreciate the hell out of them. THAT was cool. Better than any national championship.

AU analyzed my grass sample from my yard to provide me with proper fertilizer requirements.

Also, our family veterinarian went to AU.

I give an upvote. Nauseating as it was, it was a cool thing to do.

We have an artesian spring that runs on some family land in north Alabama. Auburn analyzed the purity of the water at no charge.
