Don't know Mizzou much so I give you a pass, O-Line returns 6th Year Senior LT with 3 years strating Experienced (Best O-Lineman), RT who started last year and starting C from last year who looks to be kicking over to LG

O...my bad, i remember looking at it the depth chart last year and thinking yout LT would graduate (so i thought it was 3 newbies including a LT).

This sounds just like the Mizzou game so I guess you are making the argument Mizzou should win Sept. 8th?

Their head coach = Peterson
Your head coach = Not Peterson

Seriously, I'd love to see us win the East, but I wouldn't put any $$ on it. With playing so many teams we haven't faced before, I'd be happy with an 8-4 record, and I don't think that'll win the East. I think it'll be GA or USCe.

Umm no. For starters, last year's Boise is almost assuredly better than this year's Missouri if I had to guess. And that was the opener unlike MO this year.

Also, although we will be missing a few starters, we won't be nearly as young and inexperienced as we were in the Boise game. When Tree went out in the 1st quarter, we had to replace him with a TFr. Our defense is now in its 3rd year and the backups/starters are another year experienced. We'll be fine.

Not to mention, in that boise game we had a bunch of unknowns at WR (Mitchell, Bennett, and Conley's first ever game) and RB (Crowell and Malcome's first game). Also not the case this year, as we should be stout at both positions, with Murray another year experienced as well.

You can't really draw too many comparisons from Boise last year and MO this year.

Yes, yes it would. Then they are one game away from winning the sec. And if they did the meldtdown would crumble the foundation of football.
Could you imagine the shite the rest country would say if they come in and won in their first year.

Why not? We would rep well for the SouthEastern in the NC game.

Seriously not trying to be a bitch here, but that is not going to happen. Mizzou would have to beat either Alabama or LSU (my two picks representing the West in the SECCG) and I just don't see that happening.

Sorry.

Well for starters you're not in the southeast. You damn sure aren't in the South. To your credit though florida isn't either but they still hang around.

Would be sweet if it happened, but I agree with this.

I thought so. It's a safe bet. I'm still unsure on our OC. I'll have to wait and see.

2013 is ours though

I agree, but the situation I quoted had us winning the SEC Championship. If that was to happen I would think that we would also go to the NC.

I think they prob lose to UGA and prob a slip up against vandy/UF or both.
So slim to none chance at winning it. It's UGAs division to lose obviously.

No problem it was a weird 6th year thing. He redshirted, then started 3 years as LT and then had a preseason knee injury last year.

I love how people use BSU as a gage when it supports them. All I hear is how BSU would get throttled in the SEC but now they are actually a great team. I figure you drop Mizzou into the MWC and they would have had a sterling record the last 5 years. Nothing against BSU by the way. I think the Dawgs have the better team and should win but anything can happen. I pick Mizzou 3rd or 4th in East behind UGA, USC and tossup with Florida.

I agree...more like 5 sacks, and a FF, and an int.
