LSU hasn't won a big game in years

I'd say wins over USCe and A&M last year that both finished in the top 10 are big games and I think USCe was top 5 last year when we beat them.

This year's A&M/Bama game was advertised as a "Game of the Century" but in retrospect the win wasn't as impressive with how A&M finished.

ETA-injuries might have affected A&M's finish but I think they were pretty healthy. A&M was in better shape when playing Bama early in the year to be fair, but A&M's finish took some luster off Bama's victory. Same could be said for LSU's loss to UGA but I think UGA was hit much harder by injuries than A&M.

congratulations to LSU for winning the Western Division. I hope they represent the SEC well in the national championship game. I feel they deserve another chance since the 2011 game did not end in their favor.

This thread just gets better and better.

I agree. LSU is irrelevant.
