First of all, that's not a game jersey. That's a jersey anyone could buy.
Second, Alabama (and most schools) sell merchandise with player signatures on it all the time - even those with eligibility remaining. That doesn't seem to be the case here, but I've got a game worn helmet signed by the 2011 BCSNC team, and three footballs signed by same team. I bought them at a charity auction. They were donated by the University. Those players didn't receive a dime of my payment/donation, and Yeldon likely isn't getting a dime of this mall kiosk sale.
Finally, Nick Marshall signed helmet or football for sale Should this cause concern? Absolutely not, but I know it only goes one way with some people.

I mean they are not always framed or mounted, but you would think it would be presented a little different than that

that's the big difference. i, as well, have a lot of stuff like that, but the school, or anyone else, wasn't profiting from the sale. but i agree with you. there are certainly legal ways to sell autographed merchandise, even if it's directly through the school

Alabama kiosk that carries Auburn helmets. Tide fans should be ashamed

Not that i care, nor do i believe anything will come of this but...
"NCAA rules prohibit the use of an enrolled student-athlete’s name or picture to endorse a commercial product or service....The penalty for violating this rule is loss of eligibility"

Catch up. PC got bumped to 3:45. new evidence has rolled in. Sources are telling me they linked this to a murder up in Nevada.

Or, this jersey could be one that T.J. signed a year ago when this story first broke that just has not sold yet.

I call bs, who the hell is paying $263.20 for a signed Nick Marshall football? I'm pretty sure you can get a signed ball with Cam, Bo, and Pat Sullivan for that same amount
