Believe it or not some other teams fans have pulled for Bama in the past. So I know it happens.

Maybe so the SEC would be sure to have a playoff team. They are itching to cut the SEC out if they can.

I'm sure there are some situations that would predicate that. During the absolute peak of bama's dynasty when they were essentially unbeatable and winning the title every year, I somehow doubt that there were many people that would pull for them against a cross-division team that they aren't rivals with that generally doesn't win much historically. It'd be like pulling for bama against South Carolina in 2019. Like honestly...why would anyone be pulling for UGA here unless it had a direct positive result on your team somehow? This just seems like a way to point out that everyone is pulling against us, which we already know.

1) Us losing doesn't guarantee the SEC is in the playoffs. Us winning sure wouldn't hurt those odds either

There are sizable numbers of LSU and Arkansas fans who would prefer us to lose

I'm torn.
I think a 2 loss UGA and a 1 loss Ole Miss would both still be in the final top 10, so that helps Bama should they win out.
Although, I think UGA has a chance to retake #1 if they beat Ole Miss and UTk. So, a win over #1 in the conference championship also helps final resume. Although, UTk likely out of top 20, and it would push Ole Miss (most likely) out of the final top 10.
Gun to the head, I think the former scenario is best bet to maximize quality wins.

I want UGA to win out and get to the SEC CG.
I hope ATM loses the rest of their games so I can see the milkmen cry. Realistically I know MSU has no chance.
