It seems like the more kids we lose the better the rest play. Hell of a job by Cannizarro regardless of today's results. No one, NO ONE in the country, has done a better job of coaching with all the adversity this team has had.

State taking care of business when they get opportunities. AU just hasn't gotten much done at the plate. This has been a really rough week so far.

Its been an odd year at the plate for AU. We seem to get an inning like that at least once a series and hold on with our pathetic bullpen. We got to go all in on this game now with Mize not picthing the second game. Game 3 is not a winnable game with what we will trot out there.

Seems like State has been working towards that inning. Even last night, AU just never got the hit to break it open.
