We do. Used to date one back in college. Thise girls work hard. Idgaf what they look like. Male cheerleaders don't get judged on what they look like, I believe the women deserve that same respect.

Fair point. Actually, when I was in school it was based solely on fitness and skill. Some of the girls weren't the cutest, but damn if they werent in badass shape

I don't think what we value people for is in question, just which of their values translate to them being on the Pom Squad. I made the comment originally because when I was there ours were gorgeous, I thought the ones on camera were ours now and there was an obvious difference in status quo. I dated 2 4-5 years ago and I'm sure they worked hard but I will be the first to say I was more concerned with their looks.
