Well, they've won more than 8 games twice in the last 7 years. Had a losing record last year. Nothing about MSU is "good" aside from maybe their QB
I don't disagree. But if MSU wins they'll have beaten the 2001 Hurricanes and will be at #1 in the polls in no time.

Wrong. State is better than in recent years. Mullen has a solid D.C. Now. Lsu wins a close one. 27-24. Another long miss fg by state for the tie at the end.

How do we know how good either team is neither has faced an opponent with players that could challenge them.

why is everyone hyping up this shitty game?
Your fans are more worked up over this than any game I can recall since 1/9/12. Face it, this game potentially defines LSU's program for the next 5-10 years. LSU fans ran off a championship winning coach under the assumption the next Nick Saban would be replacing him. Instead, your powers that be turned it over to a guy Ole Miss fired. Miles was dominant against us, there's no denying that. LSU loses Saturday and it lends validity to what many of your fan base fears, LSU royally screwed up the firing of Miles and hiring of his replacement.

Dang, never thought that deeply into LSU. You're absolutely right.
If MSU had any kind of kicker

Why not? They went from unranked to #1 in three weeks by beating three 8-5 teams in 2014.
