First time in my life I'll be pulling for State because I'm sick of hearing about how great Uconn is at women's college basketball. It'd be great if the Dawgs won this one.

Today's Clarion Ledger cartoon. They have certainly captured the attention of the state. If they somehow beat UConn, the entire state might be in Dallas Sunday.

Whatever the line is, it shows how ridiculous the women's game has become. UConn is stacked this year. They were double stacked last year. They will be double stacked next year.

MSU is returning all of their top players and adding a 3-time player of the year from MS, and they won't even be in the ballpark with UConn.

The top women players would rather ride the bench at UConn than try to compete against them. Something is bad wrong with that picture.
