The football issue aside, Chik-fil-a hasn't discriminated against ANYONE. Their owner said publicly that he personally opposes gay marriage on religious grounds; however, Chik-fil-a still serves gays and employs gays. There is no discrimination. The SJWs just don't like one dude's opinion.
