Your witticisms won't be appreciated in the NAIA.

I'd sponsor you as a probationary Bulldog if you want to continue cheering for an SEC team. You can keep the red and blue stuff, just don't flaunt it because most folks won't remember OlMiss in 5-10 years and it would be embarrassing.

When is the OM fan draft anyway? There are a few that can help fuel the grind.

Well, they go in 9/11 and Bowl Season begins.... nevermind that.

Sometime after 9/14

You must not remember having booster's wives sleep with NCAA investigators in the early 2000s, XenaReb or any of the other nonsense UM pulled that essentially played a part in State going to the Croom years. What goes around comes around bud.

What did Leo Lewis do that was immoral?

I hate to take the Reb's side, but taking $10k from a booster when you have zero intention of going to that school is pretty danged immoral.

i actually hope this becomes all the rage. Cheating schools who buy players deserve it.

I've long thought Dan Mullen was a good coach. But after hatching the plot to make Ole Miss commit 15 level 1 violations, I admit he's a genius.

You didn't respond about Jeffrey Simmons?

I can't defend what he did, and I was pretty vocal about not wanting him on the team.

The sad thing is, Jeffery Simmons has caught a fraction of the shitstorm that Leo has.

Maybe, maybe not. He was committed to Ole Miss for a time, so it is more likely that he had a change of heart rather than no intention to ever play for Ole Miss.

There has been no "smart" decisions since the beginning of this bullshite from either side. Its two monkeys sitting in a cage throwing shite at each other. Neither will be happy with the outcome and both probably covered in shite.

MSU is not a "side" in this shitshow

Anything and anyone related to MSU takes up a few paltry paragraphs in the hundreds of pages of NOAs and Responses and Responses to Responses.

Anything and anyone related to MSU will barely be a whiff if the upcoming 3 DAY COI storm. I emphasize 3 Days because the NCAA took less than 15 minutes to give MSU 18 months of probation. Just consider that for scale

Steve Robertson has certainly put himself, if not MSU, in the middle of it.

His statement to the NCAA says very specifically that he took the money with no intention of going to OM.

Jailhouse informants aren't shining examples of virtue. It doesn't make their information wrong but let's not pretend they're anything other than someone trading that information for personal benefit.

what is Ole Miss gonna do about it? you're about to be in a position where retaliation on the field will be a herculean task. you guys gonna spend all of your efforts to get them on probation too, instead of recovering from your own probation?

This kind of stuff

Yes. That guy is the lead OM source for information. You'll never meet an OM fan who claims to follow Yancy, but they ALL parrot his posts and observations.
And yes, that is a fake. Even the guy who made it never thought Yancy or anyone else would be dumb enough to believe it

And I guess he should have protected Ole Miss and risked the chance to be found ineligible by the NCAA, rather than accept the immunity?
