This is a bit about AwBarn, the economy and the housing bust.
If I remember right the Gumps had one of these complexes around their stadium also. They're probably in the samne boat.

Incidentally, we have three similar condo complexes surrounding Williams-Brice. Same thing happened.

we got one in Athens too. Beautiful condo building in downtown athens, a short downhill walk to sanford. Georgia Traditions building built with rich uga fans in mind. project went bust.
