Honestly Tennessee has to prove themselves. As does their head coach. He has NEVER, in his career, won a game this big. He hasn't, and has had plenty of chances. So there is high skepticism from the rest of us. Add in the just insanely bad defense last game from Tenn, it's hard to put any faith in them. 7-6, and don't look all that improved so far.
Then again, maybe Tennessee was more focused on OU than BG which I guess is possible. The DB coach excuse for the previous game is kind of laughable but maybe it helps them some. Who knows. I think Bob Stoops is a much better coach, but Butch has more talent. So which wins out.

Nope. That's not how tGrind works.
Was really an honest question. Lots of offseason talk about the Vols and this game.
I think it's the biggest SEC non-conference game...but nobody's said much about it.

Perine rushed for 33 yards last week against the Akron zips. They had the second to last ranked rush defense in the couuntry last season.

In 2013 we beat #4 SC who ended the year 11-2. That was a pretty big one

classic mid-major attitude. the vols had to hire a mid-major coach in butch jones. old butchie brings the classic mid-major attitude and it showed thru brilliantly saturday. offense attracts crowds, defense, why bother. giving up over 500 yards to that juggernaut that is bowling green

vols should cruise, fairly simple win for use.They wont be able to stop our rushing attack, and i love that we played vanilla defense all game and didnt show anything we would use this week against oklahoma. Tn wins by 7-10
